A Conversation is usually not just a means to an end. Having a good conversation with our friends, family members or partner helps us to communicate and solve problems. Additionally, it meets one of our most important emotional needs -- to share our true being with another.
This also includes that we learn to meet this need for someone else. The way we communicate with each other is very important. When we suffer from conversational neglect we start to feel lonely and unappreciated, which causes other problems to arise. It is very important for us to have someone in our life we can really talk to.
Here are some helpful guidelines to consider when we are having a conversation.
